Uploading, creating and previewing your embroidery is free. You pay to download the machine files.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Which machines are supported?+
Anything that reads PES (Brother, Baby Lock) or DST (most other brands and industrial machines). Choose your machine and the design fits your hoop.
Will it sew well?+
Our engine checks every file and follows professional rules for density, underlay and trims. We still recommend a test stitch-out on scrap fabric.
May I use any image?+
Only use artwork you own or have permission to use. Brand logos and characters belong to their owners.
Does my image leave my computer?+
No. Digitizing runs in your browser. Only designs you save to your account are stored.
